What is the Philosophy behind your organization?

The practice of gifting means the voluntary giving of help to those in need, as a humanitarian act. There are a number of philosophies about gifting, often associated with religion. Effective altruism is the use of evidence and reasoning to determine the most effective ways to help other.

What is your Goal?

Our goal is to run different programs in order to provide counselling, education, clinic(healthcare), feeding and women empowerment programs and help the boys also get into vocational training or school. To advocate against women violence and abuse in any form and to help these youths achieve their goals as overcomers and proud mothers.

Where are you based?

We are a non-profit organization based in Canada, working with youths in the Uganda refugee Camps.

Why Nuru Hope Foundation?

We are working to uplift the lives of boys and girls who have undergone sexual and physical violence. We are helping young girls, who have been forced into early motherhood by providing education and a trade, as well as reaching out to boys who can be difficult to help due to their fear of appearing vulnerable when they are expected to be tough

The Founder fo NURU HOPE FOUNDATION is ANUARITE MANYOHA.

What is your Mission?

Our primary mision is to restore and bring back light and hope into the lives of the boys and girls (refugees) who have been sexually abused, raped and physically violated. In addition to this, we also aim at raising funds for vocational education, counselling in order to add light and contribute to the future wellbeing of these people.
