• Donations: amount, currency, donation preferences, and (via our payment partner) payment method details. We do not store card numbers; payments are processed by secure third-party providers (e.g., Donorbox and their processors).
• In-kind giving: donation description, item photos you submit, and pickup/drop-off preferences.
• Communications: your subscriptions and interactions with our emails.
• Website usage: pages visited, device/browser info, and cookies (see §7).

2) How we use your information

• Process and acknowledge donations, issue receipts, and provide donor care.
• Respond to messages, volunteer inquiries, safeguarding reports, and partnership requests.
• Send updates you ask for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
