• Online donations are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Donorbox and their processors). NHF does not store card numbers.
• Where applicable, recurring gifts continue until you cancel. You can change or cancel by contacting nhf-info@nuruhopefoundation.org.
• Refunds: we review requests case-by-case; email us promptly with your name, date, amount, and reference.

3) In-kind donations

For item gifting, you agree that donated items are lawful to transfer and in safe, usable condition. NHF may accept or decline items based on program needs and safety considerations.

4) Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, site content is © Nuru Hope Foundation. You may link to our pages and share content for non-commercial purposes with attribution. For other uses, request permission.

5) Third-party links

Our site may link to external websites (e.g., donation platforms or partners). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Please review their terms and privacy notices.

6) Safeguarding & conduct
