As we closed 2021 and stepped into 2022, we shared something small with our community—simple, practical acts that said you are seen. It wasn’t grand, but it was real. Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible.

As the year turned, our team gathered with neighbors to share what we had: a few hours, a few supplies, and a lot of care. We called it a small beginning—because it was. Yet in the smiles we met, in the quiet “thank yous” and quick waves from doorways, we remembered why small still matters.

It matters because small is possible. Anyone can take part right where they are—offering time, passing along a message, delivering a package, checking in on a friend. It matters because small scales. Steady, practical acts—day after day—add up to safer homes, stronger classrooms, and restored dignity. And it matters because small is human. Dignity grows when people show up for one another, not just through projects, but through presence.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who made these year-end moments real: volunteers who rearranged their schedules, friends who lent a vehicle, neighbors who spread the word, and supporters who gave generously. Your kindness was a promise to families facing hard choices: you are not alone.

In 2022, we commit to the same simple, steady work—supporting protection services, helping children get back to learning, and opening pathways to dignified livelihoods. We will listen first, act with care, and keep things transparent. And we will keep inviting you in—because hope is something we build together.

If you have been part of this story already: thank you. If you’re just joining us: welcome. Bring your prayers, your voice, your time, your gift. Every contribution—large or small—moves us one step closer to the future we believe is possible.

We are just starting—and your prayers and help are needed.
